Precision Carriers Ltd. covers a large area of BC and Alberta. We work well with other carriers to interline, both to and from areas that are not in our regular roadway, including some areas of Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
We offer full size, 6 to 10 car, open auto carrier service for dealerships, auctions or private vehicles. We also offer a single car enclosed, door to door, service for high end cars, classics, hot rods and more.
About US
Precision Carriers Ltd. was founded by Ross Evison in 2001. At the time, Ross had over 35 years experience within the transportation industry. Due to his highly regarded reputation of honest good service at his previous auto carrier dispatching role, he began receiving requests for assistance in moving vehicles. He made some calls and began to build the company from just one owner operator. Over the next 16 years, Ross built the company into a successful car hauling business.
Precision Carriers has been a family run business from the beginning, with Ross’ wife and two sons involved over the years. His oldest son held positions as a Driver and a Dispatcher, while his younger son Perry operated as the company’s Bookkeeper.
In December 2017, Perry purchased the business from Ross who was then able to retire healthy and focus on playing a lot more slo-pitch and tinkering with cars. Perry continues to deliver that honest, good service that helped this business flourish from day one.
In September 2022, Doug and Connor Lopushinsky purchased Precision Carriers from Perry. Having both worked for Precision over the past eight years as Dispatcher and Owner Operator, this father son team is excited to continue the family run business under their name.
Doug has been working in the transportation industry for the past 40 years, bringing driving and management experience to Precision. Connor grew up in the industry and has been involved in General Freight and Auto Hauling for the past 11 years owning several trucks along the way. Together they strive daily to support the success of their drivers and customers and to keep the highly regarded reputation of Precision Carriers intact. They have recently added a tractor service to the business and continue to seek out new opportunities for Precision Carriers.
